However, to send notifications through this method, we need to obtain two essential components: Bot Token and Group ID. In this article, I will guide you on creating and obtaining these two crucial parameters.
Tạo Bot và lấy Bot Token
To create a Telegram Bot, you must have a Telegram account (easy to sign up for). Next, search for BotFather and click Start. Make sure to click the correct one, watch out for impostors.
Then, type /newbot to create and name your BOT as shown in the image below. Once done, you will receive a token code.

To receive notifications, you need to create a group and add the Bot you just created. Here’s how:
Click on the menu at the top left corner, select New Group.
Next, enter the group name and add the Bot you created. Click Create.
With these steps, you have successfully created the group. The next step is to obtain the Group ID.
Lấy Group ID Telegram
If you create a group on the desktop/mobile app, you won’t find the ID easily. So, to get it, log in to Telegram on the web.
Login to Telegram on the web by visiting the link https://web.telegram.org. Then, open Telegram on the app, go to Settings → Devices → Link Desktop Device, and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
After logging in, click on your group, then look at the browser address bar to find the Group ID.
The Group ID format is: -xxxxxxxxx, make sure to copy the entire ID, including the dash.
